Mk2 Tdi_code For Radio_remote Key Fob

Hi everyone,

1) I live in Australia and purchased Ford Galaxy TDI Ghia 2004 recently. The problem is an empty battery. Once I put a new battery and tried to switch on radio I was asked for a code. I purchased this vehicle on the salvage vehicle auction and has not got any service book with the car. There is no car manual, no radio code... I just got one key and that`s all. They never were selling these cars here in Australia and because of that I can`t ask Ford representatives to help. I really don`t know what to do? Should I ask some Ford official dealers in UK and to provide them VIN of the car and an invoice as the proof that I`m the owner or is there any other way to unlock the radio.

2) The same thing is with a key. As I mentioned just got one key. It is programed key and if we lost it, we`ll be in a big trouble. Any thoughts how to find another key with an immobilizer, chip or whatever which is in it, so it could start vehicle and not just to unlock it

for the key check out the info in the faqs or do a search for info required,

as for the radio code you may be able to get the info from a google search or a kindly fellow forum member may pm the info you need,also look on ebay for a set of incar dash manuels/books,

it is frowned apon giving unlock codes out on an open forum.

for a small fee they should supply you with your code, you will need to remove the radio first to get the seven digit serial number.

Don't pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get the serial number from the unit (Starts with M) and PM me...
